We tend to focus on fixing weaknesses - but our opportunity for greatest improvement and growth is not by improving our weaknesses but boosting our strengths.

This tool was inspired by the book, “Now Discover Your Strengths” by Marcus Buckingham who suggests the 5 strategies below for overcoming your weaknesses. In the book, it’s argued that we would all do a lot better if we focused on our strengths instead of our weaknesses and I couldn’t agree more. However, in the current world where we still have to deal with performance reviews - and our own inner critic’s opinion - maybe this exercise will help you ‘zap’ your weaknesses!
